Appointments

Making an Appointment

We have transitioned to Total Triage for all GP Appointment Requests. This means that you have to complete an online form to let a doctor know the reasons for your request. Once the GP receives your request form, it will be reviewed on the day and your care decision will be made, and you will be contacted by the practice as soon as possible and in most instances on the day we received your request.

Patients who are unable to complete the request online can still call our reception team between our opening times listed below and a member of the reception team will help you fill this form on your behalf.

You can also send in some of your nurse enquiries and appointment requests using the digital front door. You can contact the surgery for any nursing services or admin requests that are currently unavailable through our Digital Front Door.

Please note the phone lines open from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm

Mondays to Fridays except on Public Holidays.

Please click on the link below to access our Digital Front Door to submit an online consultation request

Please continue to use your Patient Access or NHS App to view your medical records, review and order your repeat medications and see your blood results.

Failure to attend appointments (DNAs)

Failure to attend appointments is often called a Did not attend (DNA).

Not attending appointments is a waste of NHS resources.

Repeat non-attendees will receive a letter of caution and may result in being removed from the practice list.

Help us to help our patients

We ask that patients to inform us with as much notice as possible if they are no longer able to attend their appointment.

This is to allow the appointment to be used by another patient in need. Please note if you were sent a link via email or SMS to book an appointment, then you will be able to change or cancel this appointment. Please remember to give us at least 24 hours if you no longer require this appointment so that it can be offered to another patient.
